APS News

After a beautiful start by the recorder group and guitar group which played music ranging from "God Rest You Merry Menglemen" to "Frosty the Snowman" and the Beatles "I Feel Fine" 4R performed a composition to a Spike Milligan poem. All Year 5 dramatically presented in music their version of "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" which involved the Three Bears eating the naughty Goldilocks at the end. Great fun.

The Junior choir entertained the audience with their version of "Shepherds Have Left Their Sheep" with Year 5 percussion in preparation for our Carol Service.

Year 6 showed us their composing skills by producing some very entertaining raps. These ranged from a rap about disturbed fish! to one about the teachers!!!

Finally the seventy strong audience played "Liberty Bell" and "Walking in the Air. The audience were invited to join in with "YMCA" with actions!

A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. Mr Pearson was very proud of the boys achievements.
