Day 12 at the Meidpass with Dad
Day 11 at the beautiful Weisshorn Hotel dating from 1882 and at 2337m
Update 14 August - new photos posted
Day 10 - Walking past the Barrage de Moiry coming down from the Cabane de Moiry. Relief that we only have one Col de Sorebois 2847m to cross today, after a very difficult and challenging Day 9 yesterday and a 8 1/2 hour walk from La Sage to Cabane de Moiry at 2825m in the pouring rain, crossing over snow and some extremely difficult and scary climbs over rocky terrain up to the hut - which we couldn't see as it was in the cloud.
Update, 11 August
After our night in Verbier we headed off to the Mont Fort Hut - a slow and steady climb to 2457m. A relaxing afternoon followed by dinner and then the most beautiful storm above the Mont Fort hut - Verbier - luckily we were inside!
