As part of our Healthy Living Week, Hannah from MSS Sport has been in school teaching Years 3 - 6 some street dance.
The Year 6 boys were put through their paces with a rigorous warm up to ensure that all muscles were warm and ready to dance. Hannah then taught the boys street dance moves, breaking it down to one move at a time, then adding on a new move once they had mastered them. This involved a lot of focus and recall, as well as co-ordination and agility.
The boys then put all their moves together to perform their street dance. I think you will agree that they have got some 'moves'!
