YEAR 1
World Book Day was great fun!
We all came to school dressed
as our favourite book
characters and enjoyed reading
each others favourite stories.
We made our own pictures to
go with our World Book Day
book ‘Giraffes can’t dance’. We
created amazing canvases with
our friends too. Come and have
a look!
Thank you all for your
contributions to Red Nose Day
especially all the bakers who
made delicious cakes for the
Bake Sale and bring a joke in to
make us all smile. Our Infant
Joke Book is really funny!
It may have been cold! It may
have been raining! We all got
incredibly wet but that didn’t
stop us from enjoying our first
football match against Pownall
Hall on Red Nose Day! George’s
Daddy came to the rescue with
lots of towels!
