Earlier this term we designed and made board games
for homework. We had to plan the objective of the
game, the rules and how to win. Some of us made
our own counters and dice. We then played them at
school to see if they worked. We had great fun as it
got us thinking and working together. We even play
them at wet playtimes!
Science has been great fun this term, with us growing our own
vegetables and herbs, and then exploring shadows. We had to
wait for some sunny weather before we could draw round, measure
and observe changes to our shadows on the playground.
We finally got to do our sports day on a beautiful hot sunny
day. Year 3 have been terrific this year and Mrs Rogerson
and Mrs White have enjoyed teaching you. Have a great
