Junior Science Room up and running
Our new science room is up and running for the Junior boys to use, increasing the provision for practical investigations for the next generation of budding scientists. Our Year 6 boys have used it to investigate factors which change the rate that a solute, such as sugar, dissolves into a liquid. They tested different temperatures of water, different speeds of stirring, different volumes of liquids and different quantities of sugar. The boys paired up and carried out the investigations independently, collecting some very accurate and useful results.
